Here is my latest creation... for sale.
Blade is san mai - silver steel (1.3 %C) and soft iron. Handle is some hardwood not stabilised
Blade length: 16,5 cm (6.5 inch)
Blade thickness: 2 mm tapers to 1,5 mm (0.08 - 0.06 inch)
Blade height: 50 mm (2 inch)

Knife is not perfect as far as fit and finish is concerned nor did I tried to make it that way. It is rough user.





I'm asking SOLD USD (everything included: paypal fee, tracking number.)
Obviously, blade thin as this is only for meat, vegetables and shaving (optionally).
