Hiya!

Today I offer a Nakiri made with Dion Damascus San Mai. 200 layers of alternating 1095 and 420HC Stainless. 1095 core flanked with nickel. The blade is S ground... those clingy veggies don't stand a chance. Balanced just past the finger choil, right where the pinch grip would be.

The handle is made of Ironwood, ivory paper Micarta ferrule, brass, G10, and a carbon fiber pin. Comes with 8-9 veg tanned leather sheath.

Overall length is 12". Blade length is 7". Blade thickness is 1/8"

Weighs 7.4 ounces. 61-62 HRC
