This nice little guy started out as a san mai billet from Dictum.
It is Hitachi White #2 sandwiched inside of a wrought iron jacket

White steel has quite a bit of carbon and a very fine grain structure for super sharp edges that last!

I am excited to offer this knife for sale. I love the lamination line and the aesthetics it brings to a blade. This was slightly etched, and the iron portion polished, leaving a slight frosted look to the core White steel.

OAL: 7 13/16"
Handle: 3 13/16"
Blade: 4"
Cutting edge: 3 3/8"

The handle is walnut. Sealed with Danish oil and TruOil
Edge sharpened on waterstones. 15 degrees per side 12k final grit
