This has Alabama damascus forge welded to a W2 core. I did the forging of the san mai in my shop. It has been polished to 800 grit before etching.
The handle is black canvas micarta. It is faceted and fits the hand very comfortably. It is held in place with pins and G-flex epoxy.
The sheath is 7-8oz leather from Wickett and Craig. It has been hand tooled and dyed to match the knife.
