Hello everyone,
Got something a little different than the usual today. This Woodsman is made from a hand forged san mai billet me made. It is a beautiful grain wrought iron cladding from ancient railroad tie and a W2 core. It is also important to mention the burl on this blade is beautiful in person but very hard to capture in pictures. I added a picture of the blade in a very specific light to show this.

Handle Material: Corrugata Burl
Blade Material: Differentially Heat Treated W2 Core / Wrought Iron Cladding San Mai
- Hand-Forged Blade With Minimal Stock Removal
- 400 Grit Hand Rubbed & Acid Washed Finish
-Brass Pin Stock
-Brute De Forged Flats
-Shavin Sharp
- Mainly flat grind with slight convex to support the edge
|OAL:8 1/2”|Blade:3 1/2”|Handle: 4 1/2”|Thickness:3/16" (with distal taper)|
-Holstex Sheath
Note on sheath: Our holstex sheath is essentially free as we do not consider it when pricing our knives. We included it to make shipping safer and provide a basic and very effective tech-lock compatible carry option for our users. We like to focus on what we are good at, bladesmithing, and leave sheath making up to another more skilled maker of your choosing.
