No the clip is not missing ,the small 3 holes you see on the back of the knife are screws for tighing up the blade...they did make a few with the pocket clip which is mounted on the other end of the knife handle
 
This was never used it is A SAFE QUEEN...SORRY im pretty firm on the price ....any other offers please pm me the offer...ty
