I want to sand the scales on my ZT200.I just want to take some of the sharp points off,any suggestions on how to start and finish?

I did that on mine under the clip.
Used an Extra course Diamond landsky stone to take them off
A fine Diamond to smooth, then a permanent marker and black cloth to polish

Sand paper also works we'll.
I just used the stones as I only took off some of the scales and they felt like I had more control

I sanded downed the area under the contact area of the clip too. I read about this someplace on BF 2-3 years ago. A little bit of sanding under the end of the
clip makes a Big difference how easily a 0200 goes in and out of the pocket.
