Hello everyone,
got a new chef knife available.
It got interesting coloring - was heating blade while edge was under water, so no probs with hardness reduction!
Also glad to say that i finally achived desired sharpness with new Naniwa Chosera Professional stones - finally cutting paper towel + some technique to make cut more agressive - since stainless steels usually have problems with tomato skin and other films.
