Hello Everyone,

I had this left from several profiles I cut recently in Sandvik 14c28n. Thought it would make a great little neck knife and it turned out really well.

Stonewash Finish,

Flat grind with swedged tip, Bottle Cap Lift in spine.

Sandvik 14c28n treated to RC 60-61

1/8" thick, 1/8" stainless pins and lanyard tube.

Overall length 6 3/4"

3" Cutting Edge,

Shaving Sharp,

Hunter Orange G10 and Carbon Fiber Scales. Very tough handle material

Storm Gray Kydex sheath. Small Tek-Lok compatible.

The thumb ramp works well. The fishtail end rests good against the inside of the little finger as well. Very stable for a small blade.

The Sandvik works smooth. Heat treats well, polishes good and
Takes a great edge. We'll be using it more.

Yu should name this one the Shark. With the butt of the handle, curve, and bottle opener, it looks dead on like a shark. Beautiful knife and superb handle!

Yes, it does bear a sleek shark likeness. Don't know how many I'll make but at some point hanging a name on it could happen,

Man, I am so glad that is a bottle opener and not a gut hook on the back of the blade.:)

I used to make some with almost the exact same design. I called them halibuts. Nice design and easy to get a full fist grab on a small handle.
