Sandvik source ?

Driving along I-84 just east of middletown NY there is a bbuilding that had been empty for a while now has a SANDVIK sign , Anyone know if that's a steel suplier now or ---

Sandvik is a machine tooling supplier specializing in carbide and ceramic cutters and inserts.

I know that.Also they make specialty steel and stainless steel and knife steel .Known about them for a long time.

Given the cost of their tooling, I can't imagine what they would want for specialty steels. You must make knives for the rich and famous!

Mete, I hope you didn't write that while driving! Can't tell you how many people I've wanted to slap for nearly killing me while riding my motorcycle.

If I'm reading the question right, you were driving by a building that had a Sandvik sign (in NY) and wanted to know if anyone knew if that meant that they might be a distributor of the Sandvik steels? That's how it reads to me anyway.
