Hi BF's members . These knives are different " lines" from Sanelli in Italy . The handles are polypropylene . They have a great feel to them ,grippy . Blades are the same steel & grind Sanelli is World famous for. Razor sharp knives that hold their edge well & super easy to keep sharp

From the " Meat & BBQ " line . This line has different handle shaping as well as texture ,designed for professional food service ,butchers ,BBQ ,etc. Great at home though. The finish on these are a higher polish than the Skin,Jolly & Premana
