This is a small Frances butcher / meat knife . A unique smaller blade ,take a look at this profile . I can't help to think it'd be a fantastic camp/hunt/kitchen ,or ?? 10-7/8" OAL with 5-1/2" of cutting edge . Black Poly handle with a very effective texture. Razor sharp convex grind
