Sanelli Knives Parer with Kydex sold out

These paring knives are from Sanelli in Italy,the Meat & BBQ line . They are designed for commercial applications but are offered for individuals too.

I saw them in a catalogue ,and the handle design appealed to me . I got a small batch in,sent a few to a buddy who does kydex. A great little affordable utility knife . Kydex is a very tight fit .
