Stumbled into their website while browsing/searching for reasonably priced "damascus" blades. At ~$150, I am not expecting genuine damascus - layered steels are fine. Noted that they are a USA shop and that their knives are hand-crafted.

Here is one example from their website:

If their knives were categorized as "Cutting Jewelry," the pictures on their site would rate a 9-0f-10 score (to my eyes). Yes, I enjoy "eye candy."

Sooooooooooooooo, two questions:
1.) Do any of you own a SFF knive?
2.) Besides terrific appearance, do their knives at least perform up to "gentlmen knife" performance standards? Well constructed? Fit and finish? Customer service?

Thanks, Folks!

I vaguely recall gifting a carving set of theirs back in 1998 or so when I lived out there.

I'm under the impression that they do handles and whatnot, but do not make their own blades. Especially at the prices they are asking. Very pretty stuff, as I remember.

I've handled one a while back ago. Construction and fit & finish was pretty good for the price point. Haven't cut anything with it so can't really tell anything about cutting performance.
Can't say anything about the customer service either.

Sent a message to them via their website/"contact us" about a week ago. Inquired into a few of their knives.

So far, no response received.
