I'm going to have an anxiety attack waiting to hear what the prices are on these knives (in particular, the ELMAX steak knives). I mean, I'll do whatever it takes to attain one, it's just a matter of just how far I will have to go :eek:
 
Looks like Galaxea coral on that AMS. Being that I work with coral for a living, I might have to go for it.
