I had to post here and tell you all what a great guy Santi is.
He was excellent helping me decide what knife/tool would be best for my needs. He responds promptly to e-mails (given the time difference).
After requesting my knife, I asked Santi to wait until my money/funds had reached him before shipping out my knife. I had read on the GB&U forum that someone had stiffed him for a knife not long ago, so I wanted to make sure that funds were received before he shipped.
Well, he obtained the requested knife and shipped right away, he is very trusting, and a stand-up guy all around. However, as luck would have it, there was a problem/delay receiving my payment. Santi was a gentleman throughout the transaction/trade. We remained in contact, and I assured him that even if the first attempt to send funds failed, I would send again, or do whatever it would take to make things right (my word is my bond).
Not once did he lose his cool, or get upset/accusatory, even though he has been burned before.
I have nothing but kind things to say about Santi, and could probabily go on, and on. In short, he is a great guy to deal/trade with, and an asset to the forums.
