This is a Updated version of the test knife my Wife got.
spec's;
1 piece integral construction hand forged out of 5/8" diameter W2 bar stock.
Slightly distal tapered blade with a full tang handle.
Africian Blackwood with a couple of burl's handle.
5.75" tip to bolster and 11.375" overall length.
Blade height is 1.75"

Not Dishwasher Proof
Use vegetable oil to protect the blade.
Razor Sharp!!!
