Hello, My name is Chris Tidwell of Aichmo Knives. I was trained by Jimmy Fikes. I make knives using the methods that he taught me. No knife leaves the shop without being tested for sharpness and strength. Today, I have Santoku No.2. Made from 1095. 7" Blade, 12 1/2" Overall, 2" Wide, 5/32" Thick. $225 shipped CONUS.
