Santoku 440c

I have here a Santoku in 440c.

12" overall, 7.25" blade length, 3" at its widest, .10" thick.
The handles are from .25" thick tan micarta.
Hardness is 58.

I really like 440-c. Perfect for kitchen knives IMHO. I've never had a problem sharpening 440c, holds an edge well and it sure is easier to keep than carbon steel. But, that's just me. Nice blade.....

I like 440c, grinds a lot differently then Aebl. I'm going to order more of it.
