Santoku and Filet

A couple of reposts for me this week, since I'm in the thick of grinding the next batch of blades and finishing up some custom orders. The Santoku has a flat ground plungeless blade, heat treated by Peters' to 61 HRC, and taken to 0.006" at the edge before sharpening. Handle wood was professionally stabilized by KSI, liners are black G10, and the solid pins are brass corby bolts. 6.5" Blade and 12" OAL.

The AEB-L Filet knife is handled in stabilized claro walnut and maple burl, G10 liners, brass corby bolts, and has a curly maple saya. Blade is 0.005" at the edge before sharpening, 10" blade, 15" OAL, 0.70" at the spine.
