Ive got this nice Santoku that Im putting up for sale..At a real nice price too..Its made from .110 thick AEB-L stainless(sub zero quench)..This knife is 11 1/8" long overall with a 6 1/4" cutting edge..Plenty of knuckle clearance..The edge was ground to appx .010(very thin) ..Slight distal taper to a thin point..The scales are desert ironwood with three stainless pins..
