I am moving and am mostly concentrâted on finishing orders before disassembling thé shop but manager to finish this santoku.
This one has a a 170mm (around 6 1/2”) long, chisel ground, sellectivelly hardened 1095 steel blade and an octagon shaped handle made of pau d’oleo wood with a détail in stabilized burl.
