.... I've got a Rodent 3, AMSMO, and Scrapivore on regular kitchen duty. Second year now. Certain people on the net compare Bussekin to sharpened pry bars cause the blades are thick. I've had no problems using them instead of thin kitchen knives.
Don't know what the big deal is. It's simply a question of adjusting the angle as you cut. Love 'em all..... Will get more
