I love my GW, but I really want a great game knife. The BA III is perfection except for current availability and pricing.

I am not fond of the SAR line at all, but who knows, Jerry is surprising us all lately. Maybe we will be seeing something thin , 3"-4" and comfortable.

Sounds great. Keep the convex grind, make sure it's skinny and lose the choil and you'd have a great little knife. I love my SAR 4 and SAR 5 but they're both a bit big for me to like to take on day hikes.

I'd love to see the Hogmuk with the EDC handle (aka minimuk). The culti is already a perfect small game knife. The meltdown treatment in general and especially on the SAR4 and SAR8 doesn't do it for me.
