Tell me who did the Duracoat on the Chop, and does the blade and finish now appear new and unused ...you said it was slightly used before? Thanks

Not sure who actually did the Duracoat, I purchased it like this. Yes the blade finish does apear to be new and unused now, it was resharpened when it was sent in for the Duracoat.
