Looks like a small secondary bevel. What a cool knife! I am saving my funds for the Bushwacker. Easily the coolest :cool: Busse offerring since my indoctrination. :thumbup: Score a lot of the SAR8's so I can score one later on in life. :)

no, the sar-8 se's will have the same edge as the le's according to jerry. i'm sure he will be along shortly and give us the scoop. :thumbup:

According to the company store website, $487, or about a hundred bucks cheaper than the numbered version.


I'd still like to see a coated CG version, but I might have to jump on this pumpkin version.


I wish Jerry would confirm or deny whether there WILL be a CG version, so I know whether to try for one of these, but that's not usually his style.

I love those guys, Jerry and crew, but the Pumpkin kills me... it's so close, yet so far, from Blaze Orange that it's maddening in an almost funny sort of way. ;)

Hear, Hear! inquiring minds want to know...other versions to come? I don't mean to be hateful, but to put it plainly: I love a lot of your blades, but the way you sell them is a big PITA. :o

You should just used to it like everyone else here, nothing is announced, no production number and the left hand never knows what the right hand is doing. That's just the way we roll here. Doesn't have to make sense but it's cool, nobody knows what the expect, keeps us all checking back often to make sure we don't miss anything :)

Hmmm . . . that changes my thoughts about buying this one.

An SE with the same, sick convex edge would be a killer user.

Since I didnt see anyone ask yet, and because it doesn't say specifically... Is it 9:30 AM or PM? I know its typically PM, but I wouldn't be surprised at all if I logged on from my office in the morning, and they were all gone. :D
