SAR5 Mod Finished

I used it last night on a small onion. Did fine. Just a interesting observation the deeply convexed Busse converstions I am fooling with simply do not allow food to stick to them when sliceing veggies. MUCH better than the Standard flat grind kitchen knives oe even the ones with the fancy scallops in the sides.
