Skunk- is it just one choice-Tigerhide #'d LE? or can we pick BP, BCM n G10 colors like the 6 etc. Apologies if this was already addressed. Thx!
 
man I been looking for a SAR 6 for awhile so maybe this will fill that role? wish I could see a comparison pic of the 2

If its anything like the other SAR releases, LE first ($ more) then all the others in the weeks to come.
 
Blade length 7 3/4 on Sarge 7, this that cutting edge
or tip to the scale handle length ??

Stay tuned, skunk will give some price info eventually. You can expect no options on this release. OTOH, if it follows the pattern of the others in the SAR series, we will see future blades in satin or DCBB with different handle choices, offered over the next few months. No guarantees on that, of course.

yes, tip to scale. cutting edge is approx 7", it out chops my 8 incher a little, or maybe just even but way lighter, lighter than a sixer! to me it feels as light as an empty cbl can, but tougher than a set of woodpecker lips! i'm impressed and taking one out to the river tomorrow to see if i can tie my boat up with it, cut willows, and cook some dogs. be back tomorrow with a good test of this blade.

Wish I knew if there were going to be other versions as in non le, as in black or pumpkin
 
It's up on the Company Store @ $547.

I'm tempted to wait to see if this will appear in a non-LE version alongside some sheath options on the Company Store. I'm in southern Africa thru the end of this week, so have no chance of being on-line when it is released anyway.
