I like it, unfortunately, as stated before, all of my money is spoken for for the next month or so. Last night, I decided to finally update my resume and start looking for something that isn't so close to minimum wage. I might even take next semester off, to work and save up some money for the following semester. Not that anyone would care, just kinda voicing ideas. ;)
 
Yep, that's right, Dave and the reason I'm against taking breaks from education unless it's an absolute must.
 
Come You guys bob should leave me because even if he doesn't I am leaving him in the middle of august. And droping out of school for a semester isn't that bad of an Idea once he figures out his new job is still pretty crappy he will jump at the oppotunity to get a higher education and a higher job.

Besides this is the crappiest job ever.......I am a computer lab tech and this week I get to scrape gum and tape off old desks
 
Right now, only 4 people are working. It's me, Bella, and two other guys. Between the four of us, we're expected to keep this lab open 13 hours a day, and Bella and I work about four times as much as the other two. Also, the largest number of people working at any one time is two (Me and Bella). We both work 40 hours a week, and yesterday our boss called Bella over into another building for more than four hours. This meant that I got no breaks for the entire day, by the time she finally got back, the cafeteria was closed, and she only got back about 30 minutes before she got off. This is because at no point during the day do they want the lab open without having a tech in here, even if it's just to go take a leak! And I'm tired of only making $8.50 an hour.

With any luck I'll have reason to change my signature. :D
Besides, I think there are several places that wouldn't mind having another senior at one of the top fifteen comp-sci programs in nation working for them as a programmer. :)
 
<i>don't tell Bella, but</i> actually she knows, my boss' boss found out that I've started looking for another job, so as of the first of next month I get a $1.50 an hour raise. Wooo Hooooo, and I didn't even update my resume yet!

I am the new owner (caretaker, if you will) of the Indian "tempered steel" khuk which Terry had pictured on his web page. Terry has been a pleasure to deal with, and the khuk is exactly as described.
I hope to be doing more business with him in the future.

Terry does business the way I like to see it done. My hope is he can go into the scabbard and knive business on a full time basis.
