All prices includes USPS priority with tracking and insurance. Shipping is included to CONUS but I WILL ship international. You just cover that cost. You take the risk when I ship international but I'll ship however you want me to. Paypal is fine but you pay the fee or use gift option. Money order is good too. Hell I'll take a check if you want but it will obviously need to clear first. Please be over 18 and abide by your local laws.
