Satin Jack Idaho Hike Pics

Great outdoor pictures! Looks beautiful out there. I can't wait for snow again to go snowboarding.

Great pics, thanks for sharing. As a flat land city dweller, you can't imagine how beautiful those are. You're fortunate to be living in such beauty.

Awesome pics...looks like a great time.

I have a friend who lives in Star, Idaho. He keeps trying to convince me I need to move up there. Going to visit him as soon as I'm more confident my car will make it there and back, check the place out.

Awesome pics...thanks for sharing. I grew up right across the border in MT, and could see Sawtooth from my side of the fence (IIRC).

on 2nd thought, it wasn't the actual "Sawtooth" I remember seeing, but there was a peak that we unofficially called "Sawtooth" that we could see from my part of MT. . Been 15 or so years since I lived there, so my memory is off.

Thanks for the beautiful pics. I'm going to be out in the Selway-Bitterroot Wilderness area at the end of July/beginning of August, so your pictures really boosted my anticipation!

As far as trekking poles, I've settled on one. Its great to have them and safer too, but I like having one hand free (for the knife, etc.:D). They sure do help the knees though, especially on descents.
