Can anyone tell me what kind of Battle Mistress this is?
Also, what is the thickness?

I believe they had nmfbm's there.

I'm not sure on the thickness, but ronnie mentions them as being the same thickness as the stock le's, whatever those were.

among the various knob creek links on the page I pulled those links from in the archive, there was mention that that may be the last of the snakeskin micarta. anything else thats found will be one offs or small peices.
 
Aaron, I was just Bs-ing about the AK but I am sure you know that but I do have a pair of these.

#'s 6 and 9 and I think Trevor has a couple and Jaxx has 1 and UJ has another.

They are NMFBM's and were made using some pretty thick stock.

Here is my pair, if you want a pic out of the case let me know.

I think he meant there the same thickness as the NM and FBMLE's






edit- thanks Jaxx, I didn't even know the NMFBMLE's were thinner than the FBMLE's.

They are the same thickness as the NMFBMLE's, which are thinner than the regular FBMLE's by a considerable amount.

OF the ones I had they varied from .25-.295ish:eek:

I, also, kept one. It's lovely!:)
 
Amazingly there were a number of these left at the Fall KC by Friday end of play....I had ordered a combat grade one and it was on it's way and funds had me looking at FSH's but I was very taken with them....they are gorgeous....a great buy then took place for them all!!!
