If anyone wants to come over and hang and have a few beers???? I'll be cooking up a pot of Hi-test Chili. :confused: :confused: Matt G. to bad you didn't live close this would make your Irish Butt sing. HEHEHEHE!!!!
Just give me a call on Friday to make sure everything is a go.:D

lol. then i guess i would have to bring the guinness if i went over there. i cant stand american beers anymore. well except shiner bock. and yes im old enough. im 22 years old.
 
Man your posts always make me wish I lived closer, like alot closer. I just found out about a knife makers meeting in town that I will have to start attending. Still I somehow doubt it will be as lively as your group seems to be. :D

If you ever get down to the Lower 48 we will have a HI just form you.:D :D
 
i really wish i could go myself. maybe after awhile i can talk to some of the other local bladesmiths and plan a huge trip. of course im going to have to bring some of my best work to get opinions and such.

Just start saving your pennies and dimes for the trip. Get a tent and you can camp out in my backyard.;) I'll even keep the dogs out of the backyard.:( That way they won't pee on you when you are sleeping. HEHEHEHEHE!!!!:D

If you ever get a chance to go to Fairbanks,,,,,pardon the pun, but "On a Clear Day You can See forever".....Mt. McKinley...and it is beyond beautiful!!!!
 
OOOPPPSSS, Fairbanks is several hundred miles north of Anchorage....
I am old, its OK to make an occassional error....
Heck with it, if you get to go to Alaska, Anchorage, Fairbanks, Seward, or a bunch of other totally beautiful spots....GO!
Suggestion is during the "summer...about 22 hours of daylight....
in the winter, it cools down a bit, and not a whole lot of daylight.....
but WHAT A BEAUTIFUL PART OF THE WORLD!!!!!!!!!
Oh and also, the Fairbanks Harley-Davidson dealership is the farthest north Harley store there is.....get a T-shirt!...and one in Denali also!
 
I may not be a beer drinker... but T. Blade has much better taste in beverages than you IG ! I mean.. bud?! c'mon ! Watered down american yeast piss !

IG why not drink a good beer like guinness. i know bud is cheap but you get what you pay for. cheap price = cheap beer. if your ever in texas and near san antonio come on out here and have a few beers with me. you can even watch me work and tell me what i can do to do it better and make a better knife. just come during jan-feb when its cooler outside. or even in nov-dec. trust me you will enjoy the bike ride from san antonio out to here. we will even fire up the big bbq pit and have some real texas bbq. just be sure to bring some of that salsa your famous for.
 
Man i wish I could go. Get Shiner bock good stuff! T-Blade bite your tongue, you always got to have some Jose. I was stationed in Anchorage before they sent me here, BEAUTIFUL!!! I miss my mountains.
