Thanks guys -- I'm going to drop Andy & Ken a line prior to posting my tutorial as to ensure they are cool with it, as some of the steps involved might lead to folks potentially damaging their knives / voiding their warranty / injuring themselves if things are done improperly -- otherwise Im pretty stoked to get my tutorial out there and to get some community sourced feedback on how to improve it / make it better!
