Well Bill, I'll try to get out and about more often. I do appreciate yall's kind words.
Thanks for the pictures of those from a few days ago. I always enjoy those.
Have you used them much?

And Bruce you have to make it to a Blade Show at least once.
But after you do it once, you will just want to make it an annual event.:D
Hope to see you there too my friend. Bring Bill with you. :D

I've enjoyed, used, and carried both...and I carry the Wharncliffe every other day. It is most certainly one of my favorites.

Well, I recently retired at the ripe old age of 56, so making the Blade show is definitely on the list. And as others have said, nice to see you out & about around here. Especially in the fixed blade forum. :D

As always, beautiful pics Anthony. I remember that white bone from Todd.....loved the look with the copper liners.
After reading all these great posts on the blade show, I'm definitely gonna have to see for myself what I've been missing. :)

Thank You Mick57 for the complements on the knife. I used that one for a while when I was working for the local zoo here as the operations director. Typically just for parcel and flat package mail as well as food preparation in the office. But while knee deep in a animal project exhibit rehab, the maintenance department was trying to cut to length and width to retro fit multiple shade cloth screening for our Tiger exhibit as well as some others and they kept running short on razor blades from there box cutter knives.. I stepped in to show them all 'how it is done'. I jumped up and down the ladders and cut 15+ shade clothes to fit the exhibits on task, right before the lunch hour whistle blew that day.. All the boys were saying, "What kind of pocketknife is that you have there Tony??." I passed that beauty around for the entire lunch hour getting OOO'S and AAHH's the entire time.. Let me tell you all Todd's ATS-34 heat treat and hardness process rocks!.

After that I re-profiled the edge the following week and put her up into the felt lined chest of knife drawers and clean and oil her monthly. I carry her now and then, knowing for sure that when she is called on again for any stout work, that she is ready for the task at hand in a seconds notice.:D

Thanks very kindly Lanza for your words as well. Although my skills as a photographer need much improvement. I sure do try. :)

That is too cool sunnyd.  I like ATS34 and will keep using it for a while longer. :D

A friend has a fixed blade of mine, and he will say that knife has skin'd more deer than most folks have seen. ATS34
