I placed an order with Savson on Monday last week, and received my package on Friday of the same week. I had sent two emails to the owner for info, and he responded back within a couple hours of each email.

It was a little disconcerting that I never received any tracking information or a notice that the knives were shipped, BUT, everything went smoothly, I have my Atlantic, Tasman and Salt I spydercos, and free shipping to boot.

The other thread here got me worried, but everything worked out.

I think I would order from them again.
 
clembrewer; If you don't mind me asking what email server did you use? i.e. yahoo, road runner...ect
 
I have sent many emails using my yahoo account and I got delivery failure notices each time. I don't think anything is wrong with this account because I've sent test emails to my road runner account and vice-versa without problems. If it is a problem on his end like he claims to Varg Lobos (sp) on the other thread, he needs to fix it ASAP because this lack of communication is unacceptable. All I want is some kind of communication to resolve this matter and I would gladly remove all my negative posts after I either get my knife or recieve a refund.
 
He's still not responding to me and many others...

He's shipping product that he has on hand, and sitting on other orders...

You can also email hate mail to Randy at admin@savsonswordsandknives.com and info@savsonswordsandknives.com just to brighten his day since he was so kind as to brighten ours.


There is no excuse for not posting a notice on his site, refunding peoples money, responding to emails, still taking orders and charging cards, etc.

I have been trying to get a reply from him for many months now, yet some others have got bs excuses from him since then...
