Does anyone her know anything about SAVSON SWORDS & KNIVES and if they are still in business? I placed an order 3 days ago for a Buck 882 SBTG and I received the automatic order conformation via email and my Visa was dinged for it. I’ve emailed them twice now for a status as the knife was in stock and I am having it shipped via Priority Mail but I haven’t gotten any response at all. There is no phone number to call them and with them not responding to my email I’m starting to get a very bad feeling. I should have stayed with either Grand Prairie Knives or New Graham, live and learn.

Any information would be greatly appreciated. I’m hoping that Savson still comes through with my order.

they have been down for a little while.
Your visa was charged?
I did the same, no response, card was not charged, I sent a message to cancel order, no reply. Been many weeks no knife, no reply, but no charge.

I went ahead and ordered from New Graham and recieved excellent service.

It showed up within minutes on my Visa/debit as a pending charge and is still there. Maybe I should call my bank and try to stop the charges.

I just received an email from Randy saying that he was away on family business (so he couldn’t respond to my emails) but my knife did already ship. If my knife arrives in the next few days and all is well I shall post that information.

Randy's a good guy and has never let my friends or I down (all of whom I refered to him). Since his phone lines went down, it's been virtually impossible to get in touch with him. I was going to order some stuff from him, but I needed to talk to him to do so. He can get a lot of product that is not shown on his site at the same great prices, but since he doesn't list them, you need to call him (or other way to contact him) to let him know what you want. I just read the other thread quickly and it seems he's been out the last couple of weeks from surgery. I hope he's doing well. He's a really good guy and good to talk to.
