Savson gets a thumbs up from me.

I ordered 2 pacific salts and an endura 4. I didn't get any tracking info so I emailed them.

No response via email.

A few days later, Randy (the owner) calls me on my cell and explains to me that he ran out of stock on the pacifics (had 1 but not 2) so he wanted to ask me what to do.

I said either wait until you get another one or, if the price is the same, send me an atlantic and a pacific.

Today I got an atlantic, a pacific and my endura.

I checked his website and I saw the Atlantic is $1 more, so he ate $1 to get me my order.

Great service, especially in this business where margins are low. He gets a repeat customer.

About other people that might have had issues with savson: Just call them, don't email. Plus, the stock is not reflected on the website it seems, so you might as well call anyway and just use the website as a price guide.

Sure, things are not as automated and slick as with new graham, but Randy gave me great prices and service, so I don't care about site slickness or automation.

I agree that they definitely provide great customer service and very competitive pricing. They have a repeat customer here!:thumbup:
