Saw HIM again today

HLee, true albinos have red eyes is my understanding, a white deer would have black eyes. I've seen Fallow deer and they have antlers very different from a whitetail deer. That's why I mentioned that the ones Kismet noted near Argonne might be Fallow Deer, because a herd of albino deer would be extremely unusual, as Discovery Channel show unusual!

Geeze, don't want that Karma! Photos will suffice, got the camera today a Canon SLR, just have to figure it out, it is a film camera not digital. Learning curve will be all the F/stop stuff been many years since I fooled with this kind of camera.

Idaho Jarhead where in Idaho was that bad water place?

right on he sounds like a beauty... i have seen albino deer before... they're fascinating....:)

good luck with the pics.. hopefully it works out...

Don't shoot him. Maybe there will be more of them if you let him live then more people can have the awesome experience of seeing him....:)

Nope, going to take some photographs the next time I get over his way. I'm going to have to wait for clearer weather to sit outside in this cold for a few hours waiting to take a photograph. Bringing a pair of binos, so if someone asks, I'm bird watching...

WIth some snow on the ground right now it seems likely that he'll be out and about vs bedded down Kathy. I hope to find him this coming week with some time to go out there.
