Steel: Sawblade steel
Thickness: .130 at ricasso
Blade: 4"
O/A: 8 1/4
Grind: Flat
Finish: Hand Rubbed Satin Finish, flats left "natural" as found on the old sawblade
Handle: Rosewood
Sheath: Leather

I've had excellent feedback on blades made from this sawblade steel. Although it's composition is unknown to me, several hunters have been put to use with excellent results. There is a "grain" to the steel which I could not photograph, I think it looks pretty cool.

Lookin' real good Ryan! I'm working up some old sawblade steel now and it sure looks like good stuff. Keep up the good work.

That sheath should look familiar to you Rick. If you remember how bad the one at Trackrock was, this is the new and improved version. Thanks for the help.

Yet another nice piece Whit. Great work! . Oh and by the way... I have sent you paypal funds for the D2 fixed blade.
