Sawyers cutlery

I bought a salsa from sawyers on ebay and they sent an email saying that I would be emailed a tracking number when the knife shipped.It has been a week and I used buy it now so they have my money.they wont answer emails and I am geting tired of trying to deal with them.I wouldn't advise anyone to do business with them based on this transaction.It is strange becaue thy have a very positive rating on ebay,except for two negative feedbacks from this month.I hope this isn't a trend starting.anybody delt with them?

I have bought a couple of knives from them. I sure hope they have not changed from the past as they usually ship fast and I have had no problems. Good luck on yours. Maybe it is on the way and you will get it tomorrow

Ive dealt with them twice but theyve always been fine.
