Well he just got a new one from me. We hooked up and made a mutually happy trade. He is a great guy to deal with.
 
Carson's a great guy to deal with as well! I wouldn't hesitate to deal with him again :D he's a man of his word.

Kraz was right, it was hard parting. I had to get another one. It always ends up okay in the end ;).
 
DTM: They're not standard, they're asymetrical handles. Only used on the ST-56 and the Mud Razor. The Mudrazor also doesn't have the Corrugated Bevels like the HR. For some reason, it looks slightly smaller to me. Probably just me though. It's an awesome knife!

Uuumm, huh? Expecting a fastball, and got a curve. Now I'm even more intrigued. With all the recent Mudd come home, I thought I'd round out the collection with one of these. Now I've got perked ears. How does asym handles work. Is it fatter on one slab? Any clue on the specs: thickness is thinner than the 3/16ths of the HR? Where were they first offered, Co. store or ganzaa?

The Asymmetrical micarta scales are exactly the same thickness on both sides. What makes them Asymmetrical is that the right scale is contoured to fit your right palm, it curves inward near the top of the handle and the bottom with the middle and the ends being original thickness. It's a very comfortable handle. I like it more than the Mag on the HR. I prefer the Mag over the standard scales though.

I'll get the specs of both knives tomorrow. I need to dig up the Hell Razor and my Micrometer. It's a little late now.

I know the Mud Razor was a limited military overrun that was offered through a Ganzaa. I have no idea of when however. I got mine from other members.
