It was inevitable. I've collected knives from most of the best factory production companies: Reeve, Emerson, Al Mar, Spyderco, Kershaw, Benchmade, etcetera, including many of their high end limited edition models, and I was getting bored. New models were interesting, but I found myself thinking, "gee, I already have something similar", so, it was time to ramp my collecting up a notch...a big expensive notch.

This beauty is winging its way to me as I type. When my credit card saw the $1800 price tag, it jumped off my desk and tried to hide behind the dog.

My most expensive knives have been in the $500 range until now. I guess there's no going back.

Oh, man!! That's beautiful.

Nice to see the SOLD sign on the site and know that it's yours, huh.

Reading the specs, you can tell that it's well made. A true custom and worth the $1800.

Good choice. :thumbup::thumbup:

Tooth ache? Ha, what a beaut.

Use it, and use it well. Pat had some beauties at the Timonium knife show, but I don't recall any damascus stuff. WOW!

Another fine knife coming out of the Crawford shop. Great score!! That has to be one of the best looking knives I've seen in a while.

Wow, it's almost unbelievable to me how nice that knife looks. I'd be tempted myself if I could afford something like that :p

Enjoy it :thumbup:

Sweet knife - I have been where you are at. Your other knives will now get envious of their new stable mate, and they will force you to sell them, and buy even higher end knives. This will just justify another buy. Every knife person will, at some time or another go through this wonderful time. Enjoy the knife.

Been thinking about my steel addiction lately. So when I find myself staring at that beautiful knife like at a girl in playboy... it just confirms how lost I am...

Here's to you, buddy.
