Your dad has all kinds of scars from doctors poking around inside of him, so look on the bright side, you are not as bad off as your dad.

He's falling appart. Pretty soon he will need a walker, a set of those super dark safety goggles and he will be hard of hearing so when you talk to him he will yell back: Eh? or WHAT? or Speak up! or No you can't date that boy!

Bother, I will be saying a HUGE prayer for your little one on the long drive home. Nothing scares me more than my little ones being ill. But somehow, they always seem to suprise us with their ability to get through tough times. Hang in there man. :D

Yep, get well soon. I had my appendix out at 7 years old, not the nicest, but at least you have a cool story to tell your friends.:)
 
God Bless you & your family, Jason. We are praying for Alyssa to come to a full recovery. I'm sure you know how resilliant kids are... Even if she has to have the appendix out, she'll be back on her feet in no time!
