Hi all,
Please be 21 to purchase and know your local knife laws. Price includes shipping (US only, please). I reserve the right to sell to whomever I choose, but generally the first "I'll take it" here followed by a PM gets the knife. PayPal F&F please, no comments. No trades.
Couple of good ones up today, making some hard decisions due to some unexpected expenses.
Sharp By Design Apex, front flipper, S90V, blue aluminum: Hate to let this go, but I've had some unexpected expenses recently. I'm the original owner -- I've carried this once or twice, opened a box or two, and that's it. Never disassembled, factory edge. Great lockup/centering. I don't see snails on the scales or blade. Excellent condition overall. Comes with SBD box.
Full disclosure: I'm not the biggest fan of this knife's clip. Unfortunately, however, the length of the clip screw precludes removing the clip without having either 1) no means of securing the scales together except for the pivot screw or 2) having the clip screw sit quite high above the scales with the clip removed. I made the decision to grind the clip screw down, so it will sit flush with the scale when removed. This decision, however, made it so that the original screw is now not long enough to mount the clip. To solve this problem, I've included a clip screw from the Mini Tempest, which is the correct length, and essentially indistinguishable from the original screw. So this knife comes with the clip mounted using a Mini Tempest screw, with the original Apex screw included should you choose to remove the clip. Brian has Mini Tempest hardware available for $20, so I would think he'll have Apex hardware available too if this change bothers you significantly. Asking sold.
Drop Keen, customized by Way of Knife: This is a killer Keen -- it started as a bronze guy with some signs of use, but I sent it to Way of Knife for them to work their magic. They acid washed the blade, orange peeled the clip / backspacer, polished the hardware, and applied a sick blue/gray ano. It's super smooth with solid lockup and centering. Fresh edge from WoK. I haven't carried it since receiving it back. I would love to make this a regular guy in the rotation, but I have some expenses I'm trying to cover. So my loss is your gain. I'm asking sold for this guy!
