Seriously, no idea as to numbers, but here's some info and a pic from an old sale thread by Progunner. Sounds like you've got a military model. :thumbup:

1/4" SR101 blade, black resiprene C handle. First and only Busse using SR101 steel. No sheath. Jerry donated a ton of these to the troops as they went to defend our liberty over in the sand box. The ones the troops got were reportedly unmarked. Yet another one you don't see come up for sale too often. It is the second one down from the desert tan model in the pic with several knives.

Hundreds of these saw action in Afghanistan with different special forces groups. You'd be hard pressed to find a sterile one available for sale.

That is one of the knives on my short list! I should have made that trip down... Congrats on an awesome find. I don't recall ever seeing another sterille Tali-whacker. I do remember Jerry mentioning that the hidden knife was a military over run, so it makes sense. Man, I should've made that trip... Great Score!

Real Deal Tali Wackers were sterile. (The ones issued to the troops.)
