There's something special about Scagel knives that I cannot get out of my head... This is what happened when I tried to produce what Scagel means to me. Hope you like it.
12 1/4" Overall
6 7/8" Blade - O1, Differentially Hardened, Mirror Finish
Guard is 416 SS
Handle is 416 SS, Red and Black Fiber spacers, Leather, Macassar Ebony, with a single Mosaic pin. The crack in the Ebony is left intentionally, has been "stabilized" with superglue...
Sheath is Leather with an unidentified Fish Skin overlay. My wife says it's shark; I doubt it. But the fish skin is over 100 yrs old and came with her Grandfather's family from Norway.
Includes zipper pouch.
