Scale spacers

I used the sides of an old Gojo soap container. Worked great. Bright orange too.

No. Traditional Nordic music doesn't work. I made liners from a CD entitled "Hymns from the Fjords" and my BK2 kept trying to pillage and plunder everything..
 
The bucket material does leave white slivers and not the best finish. If you use fine wet sandpaper it smoothed out and looks decent.
 
This thread is making me want to mess around with those old green Xbox cases as a liner material
 
Those work great! Most DVD or game cases will work. Those xbox covers make good liners because they're so bright green.
 
These mods look so nice! I love the touch of color, but the handle is thick enough for me (medium hands). Does these make much noticeable difference to thickness and feel in the hand?

I would hope that you get a little extra meat on the grip, but not huge, if it feels like it becomes too thick for you, you might be able to add liners and sand down the back side of the scales that way you keep the stock thickness but add the custom styling and look
 
Used those cheap chopping boards and an xbox case last night. Stock hardware wouldnt fit at all.
