Knives imported were traded to indian tribes and the basic blade shape became known as a scalper. This is 1084 steel, blade is 7" long 1 /2" wide with a nice hamon, edge quench.

The handle is a composit wood material 5" long holding the blade with Loveless style bolts.

Sheath is antique finish and included
