Scam attempt alert

Good morning everyone!

There was an attemt to steal information masked as a new login alert on bladeforums.
I received an email saying someone logged into my account and there was a link down below to secure my account. Of course I never clicked the link, I'm pretty sure it'd make me download something or steal my information via a fake password reset.
It looks pretty legit on a quick glance and for a brief moment I was worried that indeed someone logged in to my acccount. I then noticed the email address and knew it was a scam.

I've already manually changed my password just in case and enabled two step verification.

Be careful out there and never click on links that you don't know the origin.

Now we know at least one of the methods scammers are using to take over BF accounts.
